Formerly known as: "GOMB CBAV," the Governor's Office of Management and Budget's Capital Budget-to-Actual Variance system
Brief Description:
This (former) reporting system to the state of Illinois solicited institution-specific data regarding bond-funded capital, namely estimated re-appropriation expenditures for a given fiscal year. The system served as a viable planning and management tool to the state's Capital Unit as well as its Debt Management Unit, for the purposes of general obligation and Build Illinois bond sales.
