Capital Resource Allocation and Management Program
Also known as: Capital RAMP
Brief Description:
This document is a Planning and Budgeting mechanism for the University of Illinois and for all public universities in Illinois as well. The capital RAMP is the principal means of transmitting university capital budget requests from the Board of Trustees to the Illinois Board of Higher Education (IBHE)and is due for submission October 15th each year. The document contains multiple forms along with program and scope statement formats for each requested capital project for the coming fiscal year. The document serves as the common thread for higher education institutions' requests in the statewide development of a capital program approved by the legislature and the governor.
