Brief Description:
The Executive Leadership (RAMP) Salary Comparison Study is an internal report based on data obtained from the American Association of Universities Data Exchange (AAUDE) Report of Administrative Salaries; the College and University Personnel Association (CUPA), and the University of Illinois HR/Payfiles. Chronicle of Higher Education's (CHE) Executive Compensation on Public and Private Colleges, Freedom of Information Act requests and public transparency websites are sources for peers when AAUDE and CUPA data is unavailable. The purpose of the survey is to provide comparative data from other institutions for University of Illinois Resource Allocation and Management Program (RAMP) Executive Leadership positions. RAMP Leaders represent the senior officers of the university.
