Pension and Fringe Benefit Analysis
Brief Description:
The Institutional Research office provides customized analyses of pension and benefit costs in response to questions by senior administrators. Often these are in response to proposed legislation or institutional changes to pension or fringe benefits. Analyses include both cost impact of potential changes as well as peer comparisons of benefits and pension options. Additionally, periodic reports are run to count the number of employees by campus in the different plan type and tier of the State Universities Retirement System (SURS) or the State Employees' Retirement System (SERS).
