College and University Personnel Association (CUPA) Administrative Salary Survey (formerly known as the Administrative Compensation Survey)

Brief Description:
This survey collects salary data for 191 positions with primary assignments requiring management of the institution or of a customarily recognized division within it. All positions are Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) exempt. All survey positions are matched to Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) codes to facilitate completion of the new Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS) reporting requirements. Reporting generally reflects faculty/staff of an institution who are full time as of November 1st who are full-time; annualized salaries are reported as are race/gender statistics for the report population.
