Faculty salary and benefit comparisons are updated annually and typically are included as part of the State Operating and Capital Budget Request to the state. For each campus, reports compare Illinois faculty to IBHE peers. For Chicago, a report is also generated to compare Chicago faculty to dashboard peers. Source data for faculty salaries come from the AAUP faculty salary survey.
