Dear 1991 Graduate of the University:
We are requesting your cooperation in completing the enclosed survey of persons who received degrees during 1991 from the University of Illinois.
We will obtain useful information from this survey for the continuing review of the University's educational programs and for students' career and educational planning. In addition, the Illinois Board of Higher Education will combine results from the University of Illinois survey with results of surveys from the other public senior universities for statewide evaluation of educational practices.
You may view the results of the most recent graduate surveys at the University Office for Planning and Budgeting World Wide Web site at http://www.pb.uillinois.edu. We will post the results of the survey of your class as soon as we have finished the data collection process.
The confidentiality of the data you provide is a vital concern of the University. At no time will results compiled from the survey be identified with individual graduates. All survey forms will be processed in confidence by National Computer Systems.
